There will be much to see here as we continue to add to the three topics listed. So, take your time, look around and be inspired to try a new recipe, learn about a new product, implement a decor idea for your home or be encouraged and inspired by a random thought or lesson I've decided to share with you.
We're all spending more time at home these days and I thought I'd (virtually) invite you into ours.
I saw several people online trying this low carb bagel bite alternative and I was skeptical at first. However, this was a winner for me. Hope you enjoy it as well!
- Low Carb Tortillas
-Everything Bagel seasoning
-Nonstick cooking spray
Spread slightly softened cream cheese on one side of tortilla.
Sprinkle Everything Bagel season on top cream cheese.
Place another tortilla on top and cut into 4 even pieces using pizza cutter.
Take the triangle and fold the bottom two corners towards each other and then roll up towards top. The cream cheese will help it stay in place.
Lightly spray the top of bagel bites with cooking spray as well as bottom of air fryer. Turn on air fryer. I bake at 380 degrees for 5-7 or until golden brown.
Remove from air fryer and enjoy! Such an easy and tasty treat. I like to pair this with a cup of coffee in the morning for a light breakfast.
During a recent trip to a local thrift shop, I found this quaint shabby chic style window sill with enclosed mirror. It was in great condition and instantly I knew I could find a lovely spot for it in our home.
I paired with a faux plant in a Macrame plant holder (made by my Mother-in-love) and there you have it ...a shabby chic/boho/farmhouse instant update!
